Synergy for MHS students experienced a programming malfunction yesterday (June 6) and sent notifications to parents for any and all students who were marked tardy and/or absent yesterday - even for those students whose parents excused their tardies/absences. Our Technology Department is looking into this issue to find resolution. We apologize for this inconvenience.

A reminder that your Senior Breakfast begins at 8:00 am in the cafeteria and Marching Practice begins at 9:00 am in the gymnasium. Practice should finish between 12:30 and 1:00 pm today.
See you soon!

SENIOR SEND-OFF CELEBRATION IS STILL ON! We have moved this event to the bus drop-off/pick-up area between the high school and central office to avoid the wet areas of our athletics fields. We will have food and games for all attendees as we celebrate our soon-to-be graduates. We encourage attendees to bring their own camp chair(s) if they would like! We start at 5:00 pm and will wrap up by 7:00 pm!

Senior Class Trip Cancellation
The Senior Class Trip to Brownstone Adventure Park scheduled for Sunday, June 4th has been cancelled. We understand this decision may be upsetting and we apologize for this inconvenience and cancellation. The park is closing to the public tomorrow due to weather conditions. After considering these weather conditions (high of 60 degrees, 40% chance of rain during the hours we had intended to visit) and the fact that nearly all of the activities in the park involve water, we feel it is prudent to save students the frustration and disappointment of 8 hours of travel for 3-4 hours of a cold and unpleasant visit. Unfortunately, we are unable to reschedule this trip between now and graduation. Mrs. Pellegrino & Mrs. Ellis are working to determine refund amounts from the park and they will be working with your Class Officers to decide on uses for those funds prior to your upcoming graduation.
We still have several events coming up this week for the class to celebrate together:
Monday June 5th - Senior Send-Off Celebration BBQ
Tuesday, June 6th - Senior Breakfast before marching practice
Wednesday, June 7th - Awards Night & Hypnotist Event
Thursday, June 8th - Graduation & Project Grad

Attention Class of 2023 Students & Parents: the Senior Send-Off Celebration is POSTPONED - out of an abundance of caution due to potential thunderstorms in our area today, we are moving this event to Monday, June 5 from 5:00pm - 7:00pm at the MHS Stadium and surrounding fields.

Due to staffing shortages Bus 2274, MHS/MMS and Line Elementary school will be out of service today, June 2nd .

June Menus for RSU 57 Elementary Schools!

Massabesic High School June Menus!

Lyman Elementary hosted "Weather at your School" bright and early this morning. We had a great turn out and lots of energy for 5:45am! A huge shout out to Channel 8 and Ted McInerney for coming and teaching us all about severe weather.

Massabesic Middle School June Menus!

On behalf of Alfred Elementary and our PTSA, we would like to thank all of those who were able to join us on Saturday for our 1st ever Family Fitness Fun Day! The turnout was overwhelming and it was wonderful watching our students, families and staff enjoy the beautiful day, and simply being together. We plan to bring this event back due to its success and your feedback. Our hope is to continue to fine tune and grow our local vendor participation. We've included a few pictures below with permission to share:) Thank you all for helping to make our community the special place that it is for our kids!

AES Pre-K students had a visit from Sparks Ark. During the visit they saw a variety of nocturnal and diurnal animals. Students made connections from our learning throughout the school year during the presentation. They loved being able to feel each animal's different texture.
