"Transporting kids from kindergarten to graduation isn't just a job; it's a privilege. As the first face students see in the morning, I know I'm setting the stage for their success. Over the years, I’ve gotten to really know the students and their families and those relationships are part of what makes being a bus driver so special.”

Today, Massabesic Middle School hosted a 7th Grade Creative Climate Solutions Summit! Students worked collaboratively to find solutions to a pressing environmental challenge by creating innovative prototypes and informational posters. The event was attended by RSU 57 staff, students and community members, who eagerly engaged with each student group, sparking meaningful conversations about climate change solutions. Thank you to all who attended the Summit, and to our 7th grade science teachers, Emily Dodge, Michelle Turner, and Sophie Manning for making the event such a success!

Last week, RSU 57 received a donation of books from Hilltop Boilers Maple Syrup in celebration of Read Across America Week! Owners Michael and Jennifer Bryant generously provided over 200 copies of "How to Tap a Maple" by Stephanie Mulligan to all RSU 57 third graders. The donation also included an accompanying activity book created in collaboration with Hilltop Boilers. We are so grateful for this incredible gift!
